She is survived by: her brothers, Kevin Evans of Edison and Dan Levings (Malinda) of Mt. Vernon; her uncle Dwight Murphy of Edison; her aunt Judy Shoemaker of Sparta; and her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Mullennix, Jessica Mullennix, Amanda Evans, Andrew Evans, Brandon Evans and Aaron Evans.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Craven Chapel (67 N Main St, Mt Gilead, OH 43338). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
