She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Virgil and Claire "Louise" Hetrick (Adcock); her husband James A. Bevan; her siblings, Harold "Eddie" Hetrick and Sue Hershner; her brothers-in-law, Marvin Hershner and Lyle Snavely; and the father of her children Richard "Dick" Matlack.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Smith and Rick Matlack; her granddaughters, Marcia Smith and Kay Cee Peak (Jarid); her great grandchildren, Avery, Gia and Zinn; and her sister Donna Snavely.
