He was predeceased by: his parents, Redd Filson and Gretchen Filson; his former wife Durinda Filson; his wife Kathleen Baker-Filson; his daughters, Rhonda Bockover and Christine Geren; and his stepson Chris Baker.
He is survived by: his son Scott Filson (Ashlee); his stepchildren, Nolan Baker (Karen) and Michelle Downing; his grandchildren, Cody Bockover (Abby), Emily Moore (Brien), Hayley Thompson, Brady Geren, Liam Rose, Andrew, Carter Baker and John Downing; and his pet Louie. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
