He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tillman Dayton Williams, Sr. and Annie Ree Williams (Atkinson); his wife Dorothy Anne Foust; his children, Bonnie Troyer (Eli) of Edon and William Williams (Dixie) of Erie, Pennsylvania.; his grandchildren, Emily (Rajiv), Leah (Ben), Jenni (Frank), Landon (Elyse) and Logan; and his great grandchildren, Isla, Emmett, Cooper and Dayton.
