He is survived by: his wife Mae Agler; his stepson Luther Gentry (Tabitha) of Beatyville, KY; his grandchildren, Treasure Mayes (Ray) of Booneville, KY, Harley Gentry of Beattyville, KY, Haylee of Pikeville, KY, Kaylee of Pikeville, KY, David Gentry of Pikeville, KY, Derrick Gentry of Beattyville, KY and Gracie Gentry of Beattyville, KY; his great grandchildren, Taylor and Salem Mayes; his sister Carol Agler of Cincinnati, OH; and his close friends, Donna, Thomas Caves of Richmond, IN, Junior and LeeAnn Shaffer of Eldorado, OH. He is also survived by other friends; and numerous nieces and nephews.
