She is survived by: her brothers, Kenny Smith of Speedway, IN and Allan Smith (Robin) of Beavercreek, OH; and her nieces and nephews, Gregg Smith (Nikki), Rhonda Fink, Bradley Smith (Katelyn), Brooke Smith, Shelley Offenbachker (John), Todd Smith (Jessica), A. J. Hendrix, Angela Hendrix and Terrie Messer.
