He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Oliver (Knick); his children, Annette Ulrich (David) of West Alexandria, OH, Kerry Oliver (Lisa) of Richmond, IN, Monty Oliver of Greenville, OH and Jodie Oliver of Cincinnati, OH.; his siblings, David Oliver of Eaton, Ohio, Paul "Mike" Oliver of West Alexandria, OH, Jerry Brookshire (Becky) of Eaton, OH and Sylvia Peggy Davis (Scott) of Richmond, IN; and his grandchildren, Kegan Smith, Hailey Ulrich, Lucas Ulrich, Jacob Oliver and Zach Suarez.
