It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Sue Perkins of Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Dwight Perkins; her parents, Joseph Sr. Alston and Ada Bell Alston; and her siblings, Betty Jean Alston and Jimmy Alston.

She is survived by: her sons, Dwight Alston, Jamaika Alston and Libra Alston; her brothers, Willie Joe Alston, Joseph Alston Jr. and Elia Alston; her siblings' children, Robert Alston and Juanita Alston; and her close friend Esau Jackson. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Social distancing, COVD-19 safe practices and wearing a mask are required.
