With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beatrice A. Greer of Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on February 17, 2026 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Beatrice departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Beatrice may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Beatrice leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Warren Greer; her parents, Albert Lapp and Kathryn Lapp; and her siblings, Lucille Simcox, Mary Kaiser, Richard and Albert Lapp Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Smith (Larry), Jill Adams (Jim) and Elaine Morgan (Duane). She is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Beatrice's memory are suggested to the VFW National Home in Eaton Rapids, Michigan.
