She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Phillips and Margaret Phillips; her sister Kay Phillips; and her stepson Mark Salisbury. She is survived by: her husband Clifford W. Salisbury; her children, Kimberly (Daniel) and Kyle Boggs of Lakewood; and her grandchildren, Caleb Howell (Annalise), Lauren Howell and River Partin.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Congregational United Church of Christ (330 2nd St, Elyria, OH 44035).
