He is survived by: his wife Janet Lea Burkey; his daughter Adrian Elkin (Robert) of Wakeman; his grandchildren, Avigail, Hunter and Bow; his siblings, Glenn Burkey (Pam) of Georgia, Sherry Thomas of LaGrange and Rosemary Hall (Tim) of Ohio; and his nephew Otis'Jason'Wright.
