He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Kaufmann and Theresa Kaufmann; and his brother Richard Kaufmann. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Denise Kaufmann, Brian Kaufmann (Annie) and Kevin Kaufmann (Bethany); and his grandchildren, Ari and Lucy Kaufmann.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Laubenthal Mercado Funeral Home (38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd, Elyria, OH 44035). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
