He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard and Mary Ruth Manning; his sisters, Peggy Piercy and Linda Kobb; and his niece Lisa Dunbar.
He is survived by: his niece Robin Oates of Elyria; and his nephew William Dunbar of Sheffield Lake.
