He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ute and Linda Ute (Stout). He is survived by: his children, Christopher Ute Jr. (Kaley), Brandon Ute (Kathryn) and Brandy Burns (Niall); the mother of his children Candy Montanye; his grandchildren, Addison, Emiley and Camilla; and his siblings, Tim Ute (Penny) and Heidi Hughes (Rob). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, step children and step grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gompf Funeral Service - Galion Chapel (303 Portland Way N, Galion, OH 44833). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Ronald McDonald House or St Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
