He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Tammy Wearsch (David), Clarence Blevins, Jr., Richard Blevins (Renee), Donald Blevins (Bernie) and Theresa Rhoads (Darrell); his stepchildren, Melissa Essex (Brad) and Eric Cutshall; his siblings, Bob Blevins (Oakie) and Elizabeth "Janie" Lydick (Dennis Laverth); and his sister-in-law Lois Blevins. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
