We bid farewell to Cora E Young of Elyria, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 17, 2025 at the age of 95. Cora touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Richard and Agnes Elizabeth Haffner; her husband William Oscar Young; her son William Richard Young; her grandson Bill Young; and her siblings, Richard, Gerald, William "Billy" and Betty.

She is survived by: her children, Frederick (Nora), Jack (Debbie), Ted and Beverly Jameson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service (323 Middle Ave, Elyria, OH 44035). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

Cora was dedicated to missions, so the family asks in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Liberty Baptist Church, 1017 Lake Avenue, Elyria, Ohio 44035 mission fund.
