He is survived by: his brothers, Kevin Hoover (Patricia) of Tampa, FL., James Hoover (Cindi) of Elyria and Thomas Hoover (Lee Ann) of Elyria; his uncle Hube (Bettty Kline); and his close friend Stewart. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, an aunt.
