He is survived by: his wife Karen Duchoslav; his children, Tracy Clarico (Rob), Amy Case, Lisa Frabotta (Ronnie), Craig Case (Vickie) and Jason Duchoslav (Krissi); his grandchildren, Leigha, Erica, Ty, Katie, Zoey, Kasey, Mia and Sophia; and his great grandchildren, Karina, Santana and Ocean. He is also survived by his family, his immense love for his dogs.
