The memory of David C. George of Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on June 14, 2025 at the age of 95, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Clare George and Ruth George; and his brother William George.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dicken Funeral Home & Cremation Service (323 Middle Ave, Elyria, OH 44035). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at the Brookdale Cemetery (41600 Oberlin Elyria Rd, Elyria, OH 44035).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 300 Third Street, Elyria.
