She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Smith and Betty Smith; her brother Gary Smith; and her nephew Chris Smith. She is survived by: her husband Earl "Wayne"; and her sisters, Kathy Spence (Dan) of Sheffield Lake and Mildred. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
