She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her daughter Delcie Jo France (Charles); her siblings, Lucrissie Jones and Ned Hall; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hemminger, Amber Tarson-Carter and Jessie Tarson; and her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Michael, Gabriel, Ethan, Lucien and Chandler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
