With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Edward Ward (Elyria, Ohio), born in Oberlin, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 1, 2026 at the age of 73. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Carolyn; and his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his siblings, Dinah Ward, Elisabeth Thoma (Michael), Daphne Ward, Danyell Franz, Deneen Ward, Delinda Ward, Denita Ward (Scott) and Douglas Ward (Michelle); his stepdaughters, Crystal Mattingly (Kevin) and Carrie Kaminski; his grandson Calvin Kaminski; and his friend Jerry Hune (Pam). He is also survived by his large, diverse family and friends.
