She was predeceased by: her significant other Gary Dalton; her siblings, Pauline Workman, Emerson "Lee" Blackburn (Patsy), Darwin "Bo" Blackburn, William "Bill" Blackburn and Brad Blackburn; her brother-in-law William Allen Workman; and her parents, Herman Blackburn and Verdie Blackburn.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Pratt and Jeffrey Pratt; her grandchildren, Layla Gentry, Kobe Pratt, Brandon Pratt, Sean Pratt, Eric Pratt and Rowan Pratt; her niece Debra Skeens (Tim); her brothers, Roy "Joe" Blackburn (Evey), Bobby "Bob" Blackburn (Debbie) and Glen Blackburn; and her sister-in-law Anna Rae Blackburn.
