It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Acheson (Elyria, Ohio), born in Hinckley, Ohio, who passed away on August 16, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John McClelland and Jane McClelland; and her siblings, Bill McClelland, Georgie Buckey, Mary Kennedy, Nellie McDermott and Netta Newport.

She is survived by: her daughter Lynn A. Acheson of Rochester, NY; her grandsons, Christopher, Ryan and Brandon Acheson; her brother Harry McClelland; and her husband Robert W.. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
