She is survived by: her children, James "Jim" Cook (Doris) of Wellington, Kathy Hissom (Jay) of Chippewa Lake and Kim Cook of Lorain; her sister Nancy Warren; her grandchildren, Kevin Cook (Melissa Powless), Kyle Cook (Erinn Anderson), Rachel Joppeck (Nathan), Ashley Vidika (Chris), Tyler Hissom and Travis Hissom; and her great grandchildren, Maddox Joppeck, Addyson Joppeck, Jayden Vidika and Dottie. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
