She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Dorsey and Effie Dorsey; her children, Billy Spurlock and Lisa Taulbee; and her grandson Brandon Ray Spurlock.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E. Harlow; and her children, Paul Spurlock (Brenda) of Elyria, James Harlow of Charleston, SC and Shawn Otteni (late Larry). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
