It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dusty Dee Chaffin of Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on July 7, 2025, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Dusty may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dusty touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his brother Shaun Boe Chaffin; and his grandmother Tressie Harlow. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Chaffin (Boe) and Carla Dee Chaffin; his sister Jackie Chaffin; his uncle Carl Dwaine Harlow (Toni Harlow); his sibling's children, Paige Chaffin, Logan Chaffin, Destiny Patchin, Cody Grizzell and Derrick Thompson; and his aunt Sue Roberts.
