With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Edra Bowers (Elyria, Ohio), born in Glady, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Edra left this world on January 21, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luella Bowers and Harry Bowers Sr.; his siblings, Harriet Mathes, Paul "Pete" Bowers, Harry Bowers Jr., Esther Kegley, Ruth and Hansel Bowers; and his grandson Richard Bogle.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Bogle (Dewey) of Vermilion, Kenneth Bowers (Alison) of Owosso and Jeremy Bowers (Tara) of Clio, Michigan; his friend Catherine Choma; Huey Bowers of Orlando, Florida.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made to CurePSP.org to aid in research and provide services to families that are dealing with the rare condition of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy which Ed suffered from, or to the American Cancer Society in honor of his siblings.
