She is survived by: her children, Toney French (Cheryl) of Lorain, Timothy French (Joni) of Tennessee and Connie Ratcliff of Elyria; her stepchildren, Mary Basham, Julia Lus and James Raines Jr.; and her sisters, Peggy Major of Michigan and Brenda Vallandingham (Glenn) of West Virginia. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
