It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Sherwood of Elyria, Ohio, born in Marion, Indiana, who passed away on August 7, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond Bishop and Hazel Bishop; her husband George W. Sr.; and her grandson Matthew Blansett (Brianne). She is survived by : her children, George W. Jr. (Jean) and Kelly (Joanna); her grandchildren, Cynthia Marquitz, Elizabeth Post (Paul), Bradley Sherwood (Samantha) and Reagan Sherwood; her great grandchildren, Tommy, Jack and Aubreigh; and her siblings, Carol Feathers, Bud, Bill, John, Martha, Margaret, Grace and Mary Frances.

Family suggest donations in Betty's memory to New Life Hospice 3500 Kolbe Road Lorain Ohio 44053.
