He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L Lawlis and Delma L. Lawlis; his brother Kevin L. Lawlis; and his father-in-law Jim Fern. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl L. Lawlis; his siblings, Susan L. Lawlis and Raymond L. Lawlis II (Larry); his mother-in-law Barb Fern; and his sisters-in-law, Cindy, Cathy and Barbie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Mercy New Life Hospice, as the doctors, nurses and nurse aides provided Evan with A LOT of compassionate care during his final days.
