He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward S. Angel, Sr. (Inez Mitchell) and Inez Angel; his stepfather Samuel Mitchell (Inez Mitchell); and his siblings, Edward S. Angel, Jr. and Joan Angel Stark.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Palmer Bivens Angel; and his children, Anita D. Robinson, Ival Angel, Jr., Alexis Angel, Lisha Lungelow and Diano Angel. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear and devoted friends.
From that day forward, he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to the principles of brotherhood, charity, and service.
