He is survived by: his children, James F. Hill Jr. (Lori) of Elyria, Michael D. Hill of Andrew, AFB, Gregory A. Hill of Elyria, Tashawnda Cabbil-Pilson (Harry) of Elyria, Christine and Justine Cabbil; his former wife Shirley A. Hill of Elyria; his siblings, Willa Dee Brown of Elyria, William Taft Hill Jr. (Claudette) of Elyria, Barbara Jean Brown of Elyria, Jean Marie Hill of Elyria, Ruth Ann Fish (Calvin) of Lorain, Earl Hill of Marion, Cecelia Hill of Vermilion and Fred Edward Hill (Danyelle) of Louisville, KY; and his sister-in-law Janice Hill.
