He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lou Hoover and Connie Hoover; his children, Justin (Jessica), Tony (Megan), Nick (Michelle) and Amanda; his grandchildren, Palmer and Karmyn; his brothers, Kevin (Patricia) and Tom (LeeAnn); his uncle Huber Kline; and his aunt Betty Kline. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim's honor to The Hotsey Scholarship at Elyria Country Club or to Hospice at Western Reserve in Westlake, OH.
