He was predeceased by: his son Jay Todd Mendlik. He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his sister Barbara Carson; and his daughters, Renee Dunnington, Michelle Beam and Jenna Hill. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
