She was predeceased by: her parents, John V. Bara and Ruth Bara; and her sister Gail Hurt. She is survived by: her husband Jack D. Sito of Elyria; her children, Ashley Petit (Chris) of Milton, Georgia, Lindsay Brown (Carrington) of Plano, Texas, Julie Cole (J. T.) of Elyria, Tess Herchler (Kyle) of Vermilion and Jack A. Sito (Landyn) of Elyria; her grandchildren, Will, Drew, Brooklyn Jane, Lola Jane, Blake, Samantha, Jonathon, Gracie Jane, Kate, Tatum Jane, Jet, Josie Jane, Cameron and Kylie; her siblings, Joan Brown (Brian) and John J. Bara (Rebecca); and her brother-in-law Randall Hurt.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home, Inc. (38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd, Elyria, OH 44035). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Parish (320 Middle Ave, Elyria, OH 44035).
