He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Jurcak and Mary Mae Jurcak; and his wife Mary. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandi Seidl (Chris), Carrie Borisa (Joe) and Joli Jurcak; his grandchildren, Amanda Seidl, Natalie Dahlstrom (Peter), Sean Seidl and Amelia Borisa; and his great grandchild Julie Joan.
