He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Wade and Josephine Capers Kelly; his daughter Jeanette Graham Price; his siblings, Annie Lee Chess, Fannie Kelly Woods, Henry Johnson, Jonnie Mae Kelly, Eugene Kelly, Willie Kelly and Ruthie Kelly; and his granddaughter Rayven Newson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Wade; his children, Gloria Reed of Freeport, NY, Condy Wade of Yukon, OK, Joe Ann Wade of Elyria, OH, Renee Wade of Euclid, OH, Vernita Newson (Adrian) of Lorain, OH, Greg Waters (Nancy) of Elyria, OH and Willie Rowe of Whitfield, AL; and his siblings, Josephine Kelly Johnson of Port Gibson, MS, James Kelly (Deloris) of Anguilla, MS, Minnie Kelly Banks of Las Vegas, NV and Margret Coleman (Alvin) of Chesterfield, VA. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carter Funeral Home (127 W Bridge St, Elyria, OH 44035). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
