It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judith Ann Fedako (Elyria, Ohio), born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 15, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Pukas and Anna Pukas; and her brother Charles. She is survived by : her husband Edward Fedako; her daughters, Jacqueline and Marjorie Lackey (David); her granddaughter Julia Siwierka; and her sisters, Rose Cunningham (Tom) and Helene Pyland.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
