She was predeceased by: her daughter Brenda Terrell; her husband Robert Faulkner; her parents, Frank Jolley and Minnie "Judy" Jolley; and her sisters, Phyllis Stephen and Donna Risley.
She is survived by: her son Stacy S. Terrell (Michelle) of Amherst; her granddaughters, Emily Slaughter (Isaac) of Curtice, OH and Jillian Terrell (Noah Henry) of Amherst; her brother Frank Jolley (Sachie) of Sykesville, MD; and her stepdaughter Sandy Faulkner of Brighton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
