She was predeceased by: her husband Dmytro "Jim" Kostiuk; and her parents, Franz Weimuller and Josephine Weimuller (Kuhberger). She is survived by: her children, Sonia Pass (Steve) of Elyria, Michael P. (Barbara) and Maria Grega (Michael) of Lorain; her grandchildren, Peter Kostiuk (Katie) of El Granada, Stephanie Palchak (Mark) of Daniel Island, SC and John Grega (Heather Robertson) of Denver, CO; and her great grandchildren, Natalie Kostiuk, Miles, Lydia and Grant Palchak.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 3038 Charleston Avenue, Lorain, Ohio 44055.
