He was predeceased by: his brother William Baker Siembida; and his parents-in-law, Donald and Arlene Rosta. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Siembida and Judith Graham; his wife Cynthia Siembida; his children, Christina Siembida (Timothy Rainey), Jacob Siembida and Ashley Siembida; his grandchildren, Adrien, Jacob Jr., Payton, A'Riyah, Jace and Carter; and his sister Leslie Siembida. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Busch Funeral Home (114 2nd St, Elyria, OH 44035). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
