He was predeceased by: his brother William Baker Siembida; and his parents-in-law, Donald and Arlene Rosta. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Siembida and Judith Graham; his wife Cynthia Siembida; his children, Christina Siembida (Timothy Rainey), Jacob Siembida and Ashley Siembida; his grandchildren, Adrien, Jacob Jr., Payton, A'Riyah, Jace and Carter; and his sister Leslie Siembida. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
