She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Sr.; her parents, Joseph Ursem and Marion Ursem; and her brother Edward. She is survived by: her children, Victoria Griffin (Michael) of Elyria, Ronald "Chip" Peloquin Jr. of Elyria, James Peloquin (Sandra) of Elyria, Jennifer Knowlton (Richard) of Elyria and Kevin Peloquin (Sandi) of Elyria; and her brother Tom.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the church.
