He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Cosentino of North Ridgeville, Gerald Cosentino of Elyria and Brian Cosentino of Simi Valley; his grandchildren, Gwendylan Madolynn, Jocelyn, Roland and Matias Cosentino; his former wife Carol Thomas of Sheffield Lake; and his siblings, Michael Smith (Patty) of North Ridgeville, John Cosentino (Maureen) of Avon Lake, Karen Morton (Terry), Greg Cosentino (Elisha) of Jacksonville, Gary Cosentino (Kim) of Germanton and Catherine Marquez (William) of Lorain.
