He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Stover and Fanny B. Stover. He is survived by: his children, Brandon Bailey and Jasmine Bailey; and his siblings, Russel Stover Jr. (Valerie), Carl Stover, Gregory Stover, Roger Stover, Michael Stover, Shirley Gaines and Marguerite Stover. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, his nieces, nephews, and a host of loving relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Brown-Robinson Funeral Home and Celebration Center (6075 Middle Ridge Rd, Lorain, OH 44053).
