She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas DeLaVars and Lana Shareina DeLaVars (Mann). She is survived by: her husband Will Jacobs; her children, Sidney Wise (Amber), Angela Wise Drozdowski (Colin) and Robin Jacobs Rader (Scott); her grandchildren, Kelsey Mohrman Rader, Camille Butz (Nick), Spencer Rader, Sawyer Rader, Daniel Drozdowski and Brooklyn Wise; and her cousins, Gordon John DeLaVars and Marie DeLaVars.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the LaPorte United Methodist Church General Fund.
