He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Haag and Regina Haag; his mother-in-law Eleanor Wissinger; his daughter Cindy Wilson; his stepson Dave Sinegar; his daughter-in-law Regina Sinegar; and his grandson Shaun Sinegar.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughter Marsha Flores (James); his stepdaughters, Paula Sinegar (Mick Harris) and Julie Shinn (Charles); his daughter-in-law Doreen Sinegar; his sons, Mel Haag (Cindy), Scott Haag (Theresa) and Thomas Haag (Carol); his stepsons, Edward Sinegar, Mark Sinegar and Joel Sinegar (Donna); his son-in-law Frank Wilson; and his sister Barbara Montgomery (Bernard). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Laubenthal Mercado Funeral Home (38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd, Elyria, OH 44035). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
