He is survived by: his mother Carol Perkins (Dennis) of Elyria; his wife Jessica; his daughters, Makayla and Makenzie; his grandmother Shirley Kesterson of Hundred, WV; his sisters, Candice Weizel (Erik) of Louisville, KY and Jackie Kessler of Toledo, OH; his aunt Darlene "Bubba" Williams (Keith); his close friend Andy Smith; and his parents-in-law, William and Janice Mariner. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
