He was predeceased by : his parents, William Scott Legg and Ora Josephine; his son Mark Rinehart (Tina); and his half-brothers, James Elmer and Oscar Neal Legg.

He is survived by : his wife Ethel Legg; his children, Albert Rinehart (Ann), Marla Figueroa (Ricardo), Scott Leety (late Silke), Tiffaney Gracia (Jose Jr.) and Christopher Legg (Natasa); his siblings, Stanley Foster Legg of Elyria, OH., Ruth Hardway (Chuck) of Elyria, OH., Lawrence Earl, Denver Lee and David Franklin Legg; his half-sister Edith Grace Gratz; and his sisters, Bessie Braley, Anna Elnora Duffield, Clarice Pettit and Madge Irene. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Norman's memory may be sent to the charity of the donor's choice.
