He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Smith and Betty Smith (Rader); his wife Colleen; his children, Eric Smith, Marsi Smith, Nikole Smith (Robert), Chad Smith (Heather), Kati Robinson (Josh) and Stephanie Boledovic (Jeff); his grandchildren, Paul Smith, Taylor Smith, Andrew Eggeman, Jacob Eggeman (Beth), Mallory Pickworth (LeAnn), Ainsley Smith, Luke Smith, Kyle Smith, Macie Robinson, Maddox Robinson, Alexis Boledovic, Zachary Boledovic (Bree) and Ashley Boledovic; his brother Roy Smith; his former wife Jeanne McDonald Smith; his daughter-in-law Tammy Smith; his grandson Joseph Pratt; and his siblings, Terry, Pam and Jim.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Family Life Center. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the LaGrange Global Methodist Church (105 W Main St, Lagrange, OH 44050).
